Recently, the domestic epidemic has spread to multiple points and localized outbreaks. In addition, with the Spring Festival approaching, the flow of people and logistics has increased significantly, and the risk of imported COVID-19 has increased. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival in our city, in accordance with the relevant provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control requirements, from now on, new arrivals and returnees from outside the province must strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations. Violation of the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations will constitute a violation of the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations. Those who break the law and commit crimes will be strictly investigated and dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with the law. The announcement is as follows:

1. Report information in advance. All persons intending to join or return from outside the province should report to the community where their destination is located three days in advance. You can also follow the "Healthy Xintai" public account and use the "Return to Xintai" module to fill in personal reporting information. Those who have arrived in New Zealand within 14 days should promptly report to their local community and be included in management in accordance with the current epidemic prevention and control policies.

2. Cooperate with epidemic prevention and control. Strictly restrict the entry of people from medium- and high-risk areas to New Zealand. Six categories of high-risk people, including close contacts, sub-close contacts, people with overlapping movement trajectories in time and space with infected people, people accompanying "simultaneous and space-time", people from medium- and high-risk areas, and people from areas under global closed management will be strictly restricted. Persons arriving in New Zealand will be subject to 14 days of centralized quarantine and 7 days of home health monitoring. Persons from counties located in medium- and high-risk areas will be suspended from coming to New Zealand. Those who really need to come to New Zealand will be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine and 7 days of home-based health monitoring after arriving in New Zealand. At the location level of medium- and high-risk areas, Personnel from other counties in the city are not allowed to come to New Zealand unless necessary. If they really need to come to New Zealand, they must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and undergo another nucleic acid test after arriving in New Zealand. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on those who live and work with the six categories of high-risk personnel and those who have a history of traveling to the county where the medium- and high-risk areas are located within 14 days. Personnel in high-risk positions outside the city should try to avoid coming to Xinjiang. Those who really need to come to Xinjiang must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the destination village three days in advance. It is encouraged that people returning from outside the province from epidemic-free areas should go to the nearest medical institution to take a voluntary nucleic acid test after arriving in New Zealand.

3. Investigate and deal with illegal and criminal acts in accordance with the law. Epidemic prevention and control is everyone’s responsibility. For those who violate relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, constituting illegal crimes, the public security organs will investigate criminal and administrative responsibilities in accordance with the law: First, people entering and leaving crowded areas such as stations, shopping malls, hospitals, villages, and communities refuse to cooperate or obstruct staff Conducting temperature checks, personnel registration, vehicle inspections, health code inspections, closed control and other epidemic prevention and control measures; secondly, new arrivals and returnees from outside the province do not actively report as required, conceal and lie about their illness, travel history, residence history, Contact history, whereabouts, or refusal to accept inspection, testing and quarantine, home or centralized medical observation, despite invalid advice, disrupting the order of epidemic prevention and control; third, knowing that relevant personnel have returned from the epidemic area, and providing false testimony when investigating by relevant departments , helping them conceal their origins, itineraries, etc., which may cause the spread of the epidemic and disrupt the order of epidemic prevention and control; fourth, when government staff are verifying and interviewing epidemic-related personnel in accordance with laws and regulations, using insults, threats, etc. to hinder the normal functioning of the staff performance of duties and other illegal and criminal acts that violate relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
