In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival in our city, in accordance with the relevant provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control requirements, from now on, new arrivals and returnees from outside the province must strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations. Violation of the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations will constitute a violation of the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations. Those who break the law and commit crimes will be strictly investigated and dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with the law. The announcement is as follows:

1. Report information in advance. All persons intending to join or return from outside the province should report to the community where their destination is located three days in advance. You can also follow the "Healthy Xintai" public account and use the "Return to Xintai" module to fill in personal reporting information. Those who have arrived in New Zealand within 14 days should promptly report to their local community and be included in management in accordance with the current epidemic prevention and control policies.

2. Cooperate with epidemic prevention and control. Strictly restrict the entry of people from medium- and high-risk areas to New Zealand. Six categories of high-risk people, including close contacts, sub-close contacts, people with overlapping movement trajectories in time and space with infected people, people accompanying "simultaneous and space-time", people from medium- and high-risk areas, and people from areas under global closed management will be strictly restricted. Persons arriving in New Zealand will be subject to 14 days of centralized quarantine and 7 days of home health monitoring. Persons from counties located in medium- and high-risk areas will be suspended from coming to New Zealand. Those who really need to come to New Zealand will be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine and 7 days of home-based health monitoring after arriving in New Zealand. At the location level of medium- and high-risk areas, Personnel from other counties in the city are not allowed to come to New Zealand unless necessary. It is encouraged that people returning from outside the province from epidemic-free areas should go to the nearest medical institution to take a voluntary nucleic acid test after arriving in New Zealand.

3. Investigate and deal with illegal and criminal acts in accordance with the law. Epidemic prevention and control is everyone’s responsibility.
