How to solve the odor problem of sewage pool

The method of sewage deodorization has also gone through a development stage. At present, the commonly used deodorization methods include activated carbon adsorption, biological deodorization, active oxygen technology and photocatalytic technology. According to different types of sewage and malodorous waste gas, different deodorization methods can be adopted or used together to achieve better deodorization effect.

Deodorization of biological filter;

Process flow: odor collection → air duct transportation → exhaust fan → pre-washing pool humidification → biological filtration and adsorption → biological oxidation → harmless gas discharge.

The deodorization technology of biological filter is to collect the odor generated during the operation of sewage station through a collection system, and then send it to subsequent treatment facilities after pressurization and humidification. Odor passes through the porous microbial layer, and microorganisms can absorb, adsorb and degrade the malodorous substances in the odor, decompose the malodorous substances into odorless and harmless inorganic substances, and discharge them into the atmosphere.

Activated carbon adsorption deodorization;

The surface of activated carbon is nonpolar and can adsorb organic or inorganic odor compounds in odor. Activated carbon deodorization system generally needs less mechanical equipment, and usually consists of activated carbon adsorber, exhaust fan or corresponding pipeline. Because the adsorption of activated carbon is non-selective, the compounds contained in the odor will be absorbed and the activated carbon will soon be saturated. Saturated activated carbon needs to be soaked in alkaline solution such as sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, and then recycled.

Plasma deodorization system:

Plasma deodorization system can effectively remove bacteria, inhalable particles, sulfides and other harmful substances in the air. Ions emitted by the ionizer collide with air dust particles and solid particles, so that the particle charges are polymerized, and larger particles are formed to settle down under the action of gravity, thus achieving the purpose of purification. Ion deodorization has the advantages of power saving, durability, remarkable effect, convenient installation and low operating cost.
