Shenzhen auxiliary police are no longer temporary workers and dispatchers, but "staff of public security organs" and have certain law enforcement rights. Including:

It should be pointed out that some of these activities belong to general police work and do not involve law enforcement activities; Although some of them involve administrative law enforcement to a certain extent, the participation of auxiliary police is only a part of law enforcement, and auxiliary police do not make administrative penalties independently.

For the auxiliary police, the law enforcement power is still limited. At present, it is not allowed to engage in criminal case investigation and evidence collection, criminal compulsory measures, technical investigation, domestic security and other related work prohibited by the state from auxiliary police.

According to the Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Auxiliary Police Officers, Shenzhen Auxiliary Police enjoys the following rights:

(a) to obtain the working conditions that should be met to perform their duties;

Such as issuing work permits, standard clothing, auxiliary police signs, etc. Equipped with batons and safety protection equipment according to work needs, driving police cars, motorcycles and other means of transportation.

(2) Obtaining remuneration for labor and enjoying welfare and insurance benefits;

For example, the public security bureau pays the auxiliary police wages, arranges vacations and purchases insurance according to law;

(three) to obtain the business knowledge and skills training required by the post;

Such as initial training, annual training and promotion training for auxiliary police;

(four) to put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of public security organs;

(five) to lodge complaints and accusations;

(6) Dissolving the labor contract according to law;
