This configuration should be adjusted. If there is a war, the company commander has almost no power, so it is difficult to command. Instructors can't fight. They are all civilian cadres, and their power is sometimes greater than that of the company commander. Sometimes, the company commander's wisdom and talent are often decided with the consent of the instructor. For the company commander, he has strict restrictions on military talents and does not control interests. In the army, even adults are party member, so company commanders and instructors should shoulder this heavy responsibility.

It is reasonable to say that regardless of size, they have equal status and different powers. However, according to the ranking order of China, the company commander should have more power in theory. For example, troops participate in various activities. Under normal circumstances, the ranks of captains, heads and company commanders are all in front of political commissars or instructors. Why are they in the front row?

I believe everyone knows that people with official rank or greater power in our country will rank first. For example, when provincial leaders attend the event, the provincial party secretary is higher than the governor, so the provincial party secretary has more power. The army is a little special, so the power of military officers is a little greater than that of political officers, otherwise no one will make the final decision once there is disagreement in the war.

The company commander and the instructor are both chief officers, with equal positions, but the instructor is the secretary and the company commander is the deputy secretary. Generally speaking, whoever is the secretary is the monitor. And the company commander is a secretary. Therefore, anyone with great power obviously has a secretary at the higher level, but outsiders don't know it, even many soldiers don't know it, but a group of people in the branch know it. In the battle, of course, the company commander ordered the whole company to rush forward, and of course the instructors must obey the orders. In battle, the company commander has the decision-making power.

However, once the company commander does not dare to rush forward, the instructor has the right to order the company commander to rush forward. In an emergency, the instructor can exercise the power of the secretary and deprive the company commander of the command, because politically, the instructor has the right to decide. In a word, the position of company commander and instructor is the same, regardless of priority. We just have different priorities.
