In order to help students have a safe, civilized, healthy and fulfilling holiday, we would like to remind parents and students as follows:

1. Epidemic prevention and control requirements Not relaxed. Please abide by the epidemic prevention and control requirements in your place of residence, reduce unnecessary gatherings and dinner parties, do not leave Thailand unless necessary, do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas in the country, and do not receive visitors from medium- and high-risk areas. If you really need to leave Thailand, please report your itinerary to your school and community and implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements on the way there and back. When taking public transportation and in crowded places such as supermarkets, shopping malls, cinemas, etc., wear a mask throughout the process and do not stay for a long time. Seven days before the start of school, parents and students are asked to return to the school location and conduct home observation and health monitoring.

2. The awareness of personal protection should be enhanced. Everyone must establish the awareness that "they are the first person responsible for physical health", maintain good personal hygiene habits, wash hands frequently, change clothes frequently, ventilate frequently, gather less, use public chopsticks, maintain a clean living environment, and develop Good hygiene habits; wear masks regularly and maintain a safe social distance.

3. Holiday life arrangements must be scientific. Insist on daily outdoor activities and physical exercise, and pay attention to sun protection to avoid heatstroke and accidental injuries. Keep a reasonable schedule, go to bed early and get up early, don't stay up late, and ensure adequate sleep time. It is hoped that students will control the time they use electronic products, cultivate healthy interests and hobbies, cultivate their sentiments, learn ways to communicate effectively and relieve emotions, and maintain a healthy mentality. We hope that parents will give their children loving companionship, not use tutoring classes to replace parent-child time, treat off-campus training rationally, refuse to blindly follow the trend and compare, do not participate in subject-based off-campus training, and focus on cultivating comprehensive qualities, strong physique and healthy personality that will benefit their children throughout their lives.

4. We must insist on regular nucleic acid testing. Nucleic acid testing is still the most effective way to block the spread of the epidemic as early as possible. Please follow the community requirements to perform nucleic acid testing once a week; students who participate in off-campus non-disciplinary training, please follow the requirements and perform nucleic acid testing at least twice a week. detection.

5. Holiday safety requirements must be met.
