Dogs in key management areas must be implanted with electronic tags when vaccinated against rabies.

Article 12 In key management areas, it is prohibited to raise or sell aggressive dogs listed in the city’s list of prohibited breeds.

In general management areas, aggressive dogs listed on the list of prohibited breeds in this city must be tethered or kept in captivity; except for immunization, diagnosis and treatment, they are not allowed to be taken out; if they are taken out for immunization, diagnosis and treatment, Should be placed in a dog crate.

It is prohibited to keep aggressive dogs included in the city’s list of prohibited breeds in urban residential areas.

The list of prohibited breeds of vicious dogs in this city shall be determined by the public security organs in conjunction with the agricultural and rural authorities and announced to the public.
