1. 3. Documents and briefings must be streamlined and the writing style must be improved. Documents and briefings without substantive content that may or may not be issued shall not be issued.

4. It is necessary to standardize overseas visit activities, reasonably arrange overseas visits based on the overall needs of diplomatic work, strictly control the personnel accompanying overseas visits, and use transportation in strict accordance with regulations. Six Prohibitions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China

2. It is strictly prohibited to present local specialties to superior departments. All localities, departments and units are not allowed to give away local specialties, including various delivery coupons, to superior departments for any reason or in any form. Party and government cadres at all levels are not allowed to accept souvenirs and delivery coupons from subordinate units for any reason, including grassroots research. Party and government agencies at all levels must strictly enforce discipline requirements, strengthen management, and prevent the acceptance and distribution of local specialties in the agency.

3. It is strictly prohibited to receive or send gifts, gifts, securities, payment vouchers and commercial prepaid cards in violation of regulations. Leading cadres at all levels must strictly control themselves and be self-disciplined. They must resolutely reject gifts, gratuities, securities, payment vouchers and commercial prepaid cards that may affect the fair execution of official duties. It is strictly forbidden to use weddings, funerals and other events to make money.

4. It is strictly forbidden to distribute money and materials indiscriminately, show pomp and extravagance, and engage in extravagance and waste.
