II. Work Requirements

(1) Unify thinking and strengthen leadership. The village committee should keep abreast of the villagers' building trends, and should immediately dissuade them if they find illegal construction activities within their jurisdiction, and report to the township planning and construction management station or the competent department of urban and rural planning, land and resources and relevant law enforcement departments in a timely manner. (4) Strengthen supervision and cash rewards and punishments.
