At the same time, new media are also used to provide legal advice to parties, popularize legal knowledge, and improve citizens’ legal literacy, achieving good practical results.

In the past year, *** handled 3 civil cases, 4 criminal representation (defense) cases, 2 non-litigation cases, 32 legal aid cases, and 15 legal consultation and collection cases. In the process of handling various cases, I carefully analyzed legal relationships, studied laws, regulations and local regulations, drafted defense statements and agency statements, organized and produced evidence catalogs, found out the focus of disputes in the cases, and handled various cases. I learned and exercised my business abilities, and also reviewed my legal knowledge. Especially the first company rights confirmation dispute case involving a company in Jianshui and the first major criminal case in the state that I handled.

Most of the other cases are legal aid cases. There are cases where the family members of the parties have financial difficulties and are unable to hire a lawyer. There are also cases where the parties themselves may be sentenced to life imprisonment or more. There are also a few cases involving foreigners. Through the provision of legal aid , allowing each party to fully exercise their rights granted by the law and demonstrating the spirit of the rule of law. After each case was handled, I took the time to post my experience on the case on my blog, and realized my shortcomings in the summary.

In the process of daily legal consultation, most of them are legal issues such as marriage, alimony, property division, contract disputes, etc. I listen patiently to each party who comes for consultation, carefully explain the law, and patiently explain. , provide good legal advice and resolve social conflicts.

2. Participate in training organized by the Lawyers Association

3. Shortcomings in work.

My work in the past year has enabled me to use my meticulous, serious and responsible attitude in handling cases, skilled case-handling skills and noble professional ethics to not only win the trust and gratitude of the client, but also create a good social impact. At the same time, I also deeply realized that I lacked knowledge, especially not enough understanding of some judicial interpretations and departmental regulations. There were also some skills deficiencies in the process of handling cases, such as some questioning skills in court trials and the ability to adapt to court hearings. At the same time, there are not enough books on the legal field, and the amount of reading is not enough, resulting in a limited vision. In the future, I will continue to work hard to further delve into the legal business and provide better legal services to the society.
