Start:

1. Before starting the vehicle, check the starting, audio signal, battery circuit, operation, braking performance, front fork and tires to make them in good condition.

When there is a mechanical problem, you can't repair it yourself. Shut down the forklift and notify relevant personnel to arrange maintenance.

3. When starting, check whether there are people and obstacles around, and then honk the horn to start.

4. When the forklift truck starts loading, the driver should first confirm that the loaded goods are stable and reliable. Start slowly and slowly.

Driving:

1, when the forklift is moving, no one is allowed to get on or off, and no one is allowed to stand on the fork. When forklift assistants really need to work, they should be equipped with a special hanging basket for forklift trucks, and the forks should be inserted into the special fixing grooves below the hanging basket.

2, in addition to loading and unloading goods, must drive on the right; When there is no load, the fork is 50-150 mm off the ground; When handling goods, the height of the goods from the ground shall not be greater than 500 mm, and the lifting gantry shall be tilted backwards to the limit.

3. At intersections or narrow intersections, slow down carefully and honk your horn to stop at any time;

4, in and out of the job site or driving on the road, pay attention to the presence of obstacles across the collision. You can't turn sharply and brake suddenly in non-emergency situations.
