Introduction to WBG Club: WBG Club was formerly known as ELG e-sports club (team). ELG team was founded in June 20 18, and it is one of the old teams in PEL League. On March 5th, 20021,Weibo E-sports Club officially announced the completion of the acquisition of ELG team. After the acquisition, ELG Elite E-sports Club will participate in the PEL League in the name of WBG.

ELG Elite E-sports Club (Team), the predecessor of WBG Club, was established in June 2065438+2008, and it is one of the old strong teams in PEL League. The ELG team, known as the "dark horse" in the China district qualifier of the EN2065438 Elite Championship, won the third place with 282 points. As the predecessor of WBG Peace Elite Team, ELG Team won the PMCO China Finals and the third place in the PMCO 20 19 Global Finals.

After the acquisition, ELG Elite E-sports Club will participate in the PEL League in the name of WBG. On June 8, 2022, 65438+February 8, 2022, the WBG team announced personnel changes. After friendly communication, head coach Mai Zhijian and assistant coach Chen Rouxi terminated the contract with WBG League of Legends, and resigned as coaches from now on, officially leaving the team.
