Guided by the Big Data Development Administration of Guizhou Province, meteorological bureau of guizhou province, Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and Guiyang Municipal People's Government, and hosted by Guiyang Big Data Exchange, this competition is based on the slogan of "Enjoy the gold mine of data, compete for prize pool, help massive funds and empower unlimited scenes", aiming at "using the competition as a medium, gathering talents through the competition and promoting the use through the competition", promoting the development and utilization of data resources, stimulating new kinetic energy of data elements and cultivating them.

Recruit talents for big data in Guizhou, create a good data ecological atmosphere in Guizhou, and help the innovation and development of digital economy. The competition will last for five months and be divided into three stages: recruitment, preliminary competition and final competition.
