2. It is difficult to get the matching funds in full. The water-saving renovation project in irrigation area needs a large proportion of local financial support, but due to the financial difficulties in our county, the proportion of supporting funds for the project is low.

Third, the rectification measures

First, the existing problems have been notified to the relevant project units and responsible persons, and rectification and improvement have been made within a time limit to prevent similar problems from happening, so that the project funds can play their due benefits. The second is to deepen the construction of financial projects, increase fiscal revenue, arrange matching funds for projects on time and in full, and completely solve the problem of insufficient matching funds. At the same time, projects that need more matching funds will be implemented according to their own capabilities.
