1. Actively implement the main responsibility of the department for safety production, establish and improve the safety production responsibility system and various rules and regulations (safety production management regulations, safety technology operating procedures and safety technical measure plans, etc.) and strictly implement them; establish a production safety management organization and equip safety management personnel in accordance with regulations. Consciously accept safety supervision and management, and effectively implement safety work responsibilities to grassroots and responsible persons.

2. Conduct department safety education and team safety education for employees, conduct regular safety awareness, safety knowledge and safety technology education for employees, and organize assessments. (3) When preparing production plans and scheduling production, the production department shall implement the principle that production must be safe, fully consider safety issues that may arise in production, and list safety as an important part of regular production and scheduling meetings. (4) All departments, offices and operating levels must implement the "five simultaneous" safety production practices and integrate safety work into every link of production and business activities, organize a safety inspection every week, and conduct safety education once a month. When handling an accident, each full-time safety officer should pay attention to protecting the scene, identify the cause, take preventive measures, and adhere to the principle of "four no-misses".

6. 7.
