Do non-operating household 7-seat vehicles have to be forced to spray words? Is there any legal basis

it is the operating vehicle that is forced to spray words. As long as your driving is basically the nature of an operating vehicle, you must spray words, which will enable law enforcement officers to quickly identify the operating vehicle and facilitate inspection. As long as your 7-seat car's driving license is not in the nature of an operating car, you don't have to spray words.

The inspection station is in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Inspection Regulation (GA81-213) of the Ministry of Public Security, the 19th regulation on "external marking and text painting" and the requirements of the Provincial Traffic Police Corps and the Municipal Traffic Police Detachment on the implementation of the "8.12" road traffic safety work of the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security. From September 1, 213, it is required that vans, low-speed trucks, tricycles and other vehicles with a nuclear load of more than 7 seats be clearly marked.
