(2) Grasping the main responsibility of publicity and education of the Traffic Management Office

In order to further improve road traffic safety management and standardize the persuasion behavior of counselors, our township held a meeting on September 6 Special seminar on rural road traffic safety. All four village cadres and traffic counselors participated in the meeting to continuously improve the safety culture and safety awareness of the people.

(3) Investigate key vehicle safety hazards for counselors in each village

While comprehensively implementing daily safety management, focus on festivals, going to markets, and key areas. Key links such as vehicle safety inspections, safety supervision and responsibility implementation for rural passenger transport, motorcycles and other key means of transportation. Continue to deepen the investigation and management of hidden dangers in road traffic safety, focusing on the investigation of existing problems in safety management of roads, transportation, schools, etc., and urge units and owners to strengthen the investigation and management of hidden dangers, so as to institutionalize, normalize and standardize the investigation and management of potential safety hazards. Regularly cooperate with the Sanhui Area Joint Law Enforcement Squadron to conduct in-depth front-line inspections and surveillance, investigate and deal with "three excesses", "three violations" and other behaviors in accordance with the law, and effectively prevent various traffic safety accidents from occurring at the source.

2. Existing problems

First, the current road conditions in our township are poor, most of the roads are of low grade, narrow, winding, steep, and lack supporting safety facilities. Second, vehicle operators and passengers have weak legal concepts and traffic safety awareness, and poor traffic safety vigilance. Traffic violations such as speeding, overcrowding in passenger vehicles, and illegally carrying people on low-speed trucks and motorcycles are repeatedly prohibited. Third, the problem of people's difficulty in taking cars and traveling will continue to exist, which leads to the prominent phenomenon of people taking Changan cars, motorcycles, and tricycles to travel.

In the future work, our township will continue to strengthen cooperation with various functional departments, promote the socialization process of rural traffic safety management, strive to promote the creation of road traffic safety in our township, and maintain social harmony and stability.
