The joy of life lies in meeting a group of lovely people, enjoying the beautiful scenery together, and tasting delicious food together. On January 27, in the name of "team building", we went to Jueiwei Mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel the warmth. Our team building is not a KTV or going out to a restaurant, but going mountain climbing together, which seems to sound more meaningful.

Riding the wind and waves

Juewei Mountain is about 1,400 meters above sea level, with Qingfeng in the south and Feiyun Peak in the north. The two peaks are tall and straight, sandwiching a deep ravine running from east to west, facing each other across the ravine, like a portal into the mountain. Looking down from the top of the mountain, the surrounding mountains are like waves, swirling and circling, forming a huge vortex, like an inverted trumpet or a huge disk. Facing such a steep mountain range, our friends did not give up. They encouraged each other step by step, moved forward actively, and refused to lag behind. They climbed bravely among the mountains and ridges, and walked through every plank road and every cliff with sweat. No matter how exhausted they were, They didn’t back down and finally reached the top of Jueiwei Mountain!

Regarding this team building, I have some insights that I would like to share with you

1. The most important thing in team building is the sense of participation. This sense of participation does not mean that one person participates in something, but that everyone participates in something together, making the team more cohesive. This team building can be said to be a small growth for me. I opened myself up, opened my arms, and hugged the team.

2. Team building is not just about allowing employees to keep fit and feel the fun and beauty of outdoor sports, but also about allowing all of us to be honest with each other, get along well with each other, and understand the importance of persistence. This is the value of team building.

3. This team building has deepened the relationship between all employees as colleagues, and also promoted communication and cooperation between teams. At the same time, it has also allowed everyone to decompress from stressful work, relax physically and mentally, and work together in the future. A better mental outlook to devote to every day's work.

Thinking back on all the team building events, our hearts beat loudly, sweating side by side and harvesting hope together. The road was very windy and steep, but our hearts were always warm.
