Hainan Corps has strict fire fighting training. In 2022, the training plan for newly recruited fire-fighting clerks defined the guiding ideology, methods, steps and training contents, and required all fire-fighting clerks to participate in the 30-working-day pre-job training, so as to continuously improve the political consciousness of fire-fighting clerks, cultivate the hard-working quality, familiarize the newly recruited fire-fighting clerks with the responsibilities and tasks of the fire rescue team, have the basic ability to hold meetings, be competent in their posts, enhance organizational discipline and develop a good work and life style.
