Is the writing on this eyeliner Russian? What do you mean by translating?

Take a closer look at the Russian capital letter реснициа, which should be "eyeliner" in Chinese, although this word is not included in the Russian-Chinese dictionary. Because ресница means "eyelashes" and "eye hair", these two words belong to the same root ресниц.
