2018 Community Anti-Drug Work Plan

In order to achieve the goal of a "drug-free community", Shenxiang Community adheres to the policy of "simultaneous implementation of the four prohibitions, prevention-oriented, strict law enforcement, and comprehensive management" and actively assists the Gushu Police Station in carrying out special anti-drug rectification. Promoted the in-depth development and comprehensive implementation of anti-drug work in our community. The current year’s anti-drug work in Shenxiang Community is summarized as follows:

1. Strengthen publicity and raise awareness of anti-drug work

Under the leadership of the town party committee and government, Shenxiang Community Conscientiously implement the "Opinions on the Implementation of National Anti-Drug Education", adhere to the integration of anti-drug publicity and education with the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" law popularization, mobilize the broad participation of the entire community, and carry out activities to create a "drug-free community". On March 20, our community used the legal publicity month activities to organize personnel to use anti-drug wall charts and anti-drug propaganda slogans at the community department and main intersections of the community to carry out anti-drug knowledge publicity; on the "6.26" anti-drug day, our community organized some basic militiamen and community citizens. The team leader carries out anti-drug knowledge promotion in the community department. Shenxiang Primary School in our community conscientiously implements the "Special Education Outline on Drug Prevention for Primary and Secondary School Students", uses anti-drug wall charts to strengthen drug prevention publicity among primary school students, and actively carries out the "Don't Let Drugs Enter the Campus" campaign to improve primary school students' self-protection awareness and prevention capabilities. Through publicity and education, the people are made aware of the serious social harm of drugs and the number of new drug addicts is reduced.

2. Establish an organization to strengthen the leadership of anti-drug work

Our community established a Shenxiang community anti-drug work leading group, with Ren Yanlong, secretary of the community party branch, as the leader, and Pan Chenglu, commander of the community militia battalion. As the deputy team leader, take the lead and be responsible. Other members of the two community committees and leaders of each community democratic group are members. Comrade Pan Chenglu is responsible for handling the daily affairs of anti-drug work in Shenxiang community.

3. Investigate thoroughly, and comprehensively carry out the work of prohibiting planting and eradicating drugs and prohibiting drug use and detoxification

In order to continue to carry out the construction of a "drug-free community", our community is carrying out anti-drug publicity at the same time , timely convene meetings of community group leaders and community representatives to promptly deploy the work of banning species and eradicating drugs in our community. Actively assist in drug detection and prohibition work within the jurisdiction of Gushu Duishenxiang Community.

IV. Focus on rectification and assist the public security organs in cracking down on drug abuse and trafficking activities

In order to consolidate and expand the results of anti-drug work in our community, according to the National Narcotics Control Commission’s policy of “participating in the anti-drug struggle and building a harmonious society” theme, in accordance with the requirements of the Town Political and Legal Comprehensive Management Office, our community’s anti-drug work this year still puts the top priority in anti-drug publicity and education and widely mobilizing the masses to actively participate in the anti-drug people’s war.
