Notice of Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Strengthening the Hygienic Management of Public Transport Vehicles and Boats

1. Passengers and citizens who take city public transportation vehicles (including bus (electric), minibus (taxi), passenger ropeway, passenger cable car, passenger elevator, ferry, etc.) and use public transportation stations must abide by social morality, pay attention to civility and obey the management of passengers. Second, passengers and citizens who use public transportation stations must abide by the following provisions:

(1) No spitting or littering inside or outside the vehicle;

(2) Dumping and littering are not allowed in the vehicle production;

(3) Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle and the waiting hall (room);

(4) You are not allowed to travel shirtless;

(5) It is forbidden to carry dirty, smelly, rotten articles and threaten to take a boat;

(6) it is not allowed to post advertisements, slogans or scribble on the inside and outside of the vehicle and boat compartments and the kiosks. Iii. those who violate the provisions of article 2 of this circular shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:

(1) those who violate the provisions of items (1), (2) and (6) shall be punished by the public administration department in accordance with the circular of Chongqing municipal people's government on administrative penalties for city appearance and environmental sanitation and the circular of Chongqing municipal people's government on prohibiting posting, hanging and scribbling outdoor publicity materials;

(2) in violation of items (3), (4) and (5), the public administration department shall impose a fine on 5 yuan-5 yuan. Four, the public * * * traffic, vehicle, boat and station personnel should consciously abide by this notice, and the acts in violation of Article 2 of this notice should be stopped. Those who violate the above provisions themselves will be severely punished by the competent authorities. Five, this notice is organized and implemented by the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Public Utilities. The management of vehicle and vessel hygiene under the traffic administrative department shall be implemented with reference to this circular. Six, this notice shall come into force as of August 28, 1995.
