What kinds of pesticides are prohibited and restricted on grapes?

BHC, DDT, toxaphene, dibromochloropropane, chlordimeform, dibromoethane, herbicide, aldrin, dieldrin, mercury preparation, arsenic, lead, diclofenac, fluoroacetamide, glyphosate, tetramine, sodium fluoroacetate, tetramine, methamidophos and methyl parathion (methyl 1605).

According to the Regulations on Pesticide Management, any pesticide product shall not be used beyond the scope of use approved by pesticide registration.

(3) About Lindane

Lindane is the isomer with the strongest insecticidal activity in BHC raw powder, which belongs to high residue pesticide and is strictly prohibited.

(4) It is suggested to use alternative pesticides.

Acetamiprid, imidacloprid, flubendiamide, pirimicarb, emamectin, chlorfenapyr, indoxacarb, chlordecone, pyrethrin, chlorpyrifos, avermectin, pymetrozine, etc.

(5) Provisions on the Use of Fipronil

In view of the high risk of fipronil to crustaceans, aquatic organisms and bees and its slow degradation in water and soil, according to the provisions of the Regulations on Pesticide Management and the actual agricultural production in China, the following provisions are made in order to protect agricultural production safety, ecological environment and farmers' interests:

(1) Stop the acceptance and approval of field trials, pesticide registration (including formal registration, temporary registration and sub-packaging registration) and production approval certificates of pesticide preparations containing fipronil except for dry land seed coating agents such as sanitary use and corn and products specially used for export.

② Since April 1 2009, the registration and/or production approval certificate of pesticide preparations containing fipronil has been revoked, except for some export products such as seed coating agent and corn. At the same time, pesticide production enterprises should stop producing pesticide preparations whose registration and production approval certificate have been revoked.

③ Since June 65438+1 October1day, 2009, China has stopped selling and using pesticide preparations containing fipronil for other purposes, except for some dry field seed coating agents such as health and corn. Pesticide production enterprises and sales units shall ensure the safe use of the relevant pesticide preparations sold, and properly dispose of the remaining relevant pesticide preparations on the market.

④ Pesticide preparations containing fipronil for export can only be produced by fipronil technical production enterprises. The production enterprise shall handle the export of production approval certificate and pesticide registration certificate or temporary pesticide registration certificate.

⑤ Domestic fipronil production enterprises can apply for pesticide registration and production approval certificate only after the environmental impact assessment documents of their construction projects are approved by the competent administrative department of environmental protection with the power of examination and approval according to law. Production enterprises that have obtained pesticide registration and production approval certificates shall establish traceable records of fipronil production and sales, and shall not sell fipronil-containing products to production enterprises that have not obtained pesticide registration and production approval certificates, and use them as seed coating agents for health use, corn and other dry land in China.
