Medical institutions with socialized logistics services should strengthen the management of institutions and personnel providing logistics services, organize training, urge them to master the basic requirements of medical waste management, and earnestly perform their duties. Strengthen environmental sanitation, deal with the generated medical waste in time, avoid the accumulation of various wastes, and strive to create a healthy and hygienic environment.

Two. Strengthen the classified collection of medical wastes (I) Define the scope of classified collection. Wastes generated by medical institutions in the consultation rooms and wards (rooms) of patients with pneumonia and suspected fever infected in novel coronavirus, including medical wastes and domestic garbage, shall be collected according to the classification of medical wastes. (2) Standardize packaging containers. The outer surfaces of special packaging bags and sharp weapon boxes for medical wastes shall be marked with warning signs. Before filling medical wastes, they should be carefully checked to ensure that they are not damaged and leaked. Medical waste collection barrels should be operated by pedals and covered. When the medical waste reaches 3/4 of the packaging bag or sharp weapon box, it should be effectively sealed to ensure tight sealing. Medical waste should be packed in double-layer packaging bags, with gooseneck seal and layered seal. (3) Do a good job in safe collection. According to the types of medical wastes, collect them in time to ensure the safety of personnel and control the risk of infection. When the outer surfaces of packaging bags and sharp weapon boxes containing medical wastes are contaminated by infectious wastes, a layer of packaging bags should be added. When sorting out and collecting disposable isolation gown, protective clothing and other items after use, it is forbidden to squeeze them. Each packaging bag and sharp weapon box shall be labeled in Chinese, with the contents of the label including: medical waste producing unit, producing department, producing date and category, and marked with "pneumonia infected in novel coronavirus" or "COVID-19" in special instructions. (4) Regional processing. Before leaving the contaminated area, the fever clinics of infected pneumonia patients and suspected patients in novel coronavirus, the wards (rooms) in the potentially contaminated area and the medical wastes generated in the contaminated area should be disinfected by spraying 1000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant on the surface of the packaging bag (pay attention to uniform spraying) or adding a layer of medical waste packaging bag outside it; Medical wastes generated in clean areas should be disposed of according to conventional medical wastes. ⑤ Do a good job in handling pathogenic specimens. High-risk wastes such as specimens containing pathogens and related preservation solutions in medical wastes should be sterilized by pressure steam or chemical disinfection at the place of production, and then collected and treated as infectious wastes. Three. Strengthen the transportation and storage of medical wastes (1) Safe transportation management. Before transporting medical waste, check whether the identification, label and seal of the packaging bag or sharp weapon box meet the requirements. When transporting medical waste, the staff should prevent the special packaging bag and sharp weapon box of medical waste from being damaged, prevent the medical waste from directly contacting the body, and avoid the leakage and diffusion of medical waste. Clean and disinfect the delivery tools after delivery every day, and the concentration of chlorine-containing disinfectant is1000 mg/l; /L； When the means of transport are contaminated by infectious medical waste, they should be disinfected in time. (2) Standardize warehousing handover. Medical waste temporary storage places should be strictly sealed and managed by staff to prevent non-staff from contacting medical waste. Medical waste should be stored in a separate area of temporary storage place and handed over to the medical waste disposal unit for disposal as soon as possible. Disinfect the ground of medical waste temporary storage area with chlorine-containing disinfectant of 1000mg/L twice a day. The medical waste generating department, transport personnel, temporary storage personnel and transshipment personnel of the medical waste disposal unit shall register and hand over layer by layer, and explain that they are from patients with pneumonia or suspected patients infected in novel coronavirus. ③ Do a good job of transfer registration. Strictly implement the management of hazardous waste transfer and medical waste registration. The registration contents include the source, type, weight or quantity, delivery time, final destination and signature of the handler of the medical waste, especially "pneumonia infected in novel coronavirus" or "COVID-19", and the registration materials shall be kept for 3 years. Medical institutions shall promptly notify the medical waste disposal unit to collect at home and make corresponding records.
