2. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the workshop at work, and other irrelevant personnel are discouraged from entering the workshop in time.

3. The equipment must be operated in strict accordance with the safety operation rules of the printing machine. Details are as follows:

(1) Before operation, the staff must wear neat work clothes, button up the corners and cuffs, and do not put sundries that are easy to fall out in their pockets, wear watches and various accessories, and keep long hair.

② Before starting the machine, the required lubricating oil (grease) should be added to all oil injection points, lubricating points and oil tanks of the machine.

(3) Without approval, the crew shall not start and operate the machine without authorization, and the assistants and apprentices shall work under the guidance of the pilot.

(4) Before starting, check whether there are sundries in various parts of the fuselage. You must signal first (press the safety bell), and then respond back and forth to ensure the safety around the machine before starting.

⑤ When the machine is running, it is forbidden to touch the moving working face, repair and wipe the machine, and it is forbidden to cross the rotating parts. The machine protection device should be complete.

⑥ When replacing rubber and cleaning, if you must touch the inside of the machine by hand, please lock the car.

⑦ Before lifting, the paper feeder should carefully check whether the inflatable shaft has been separated from the shaft head; Whether the chain is loose or falling off; Whether the hook has hooked the inflation shaft. Check it first, then mention it.

⑧ Crew members should strictly observe their posts according to the division of labor, always pay attention to the operation of various parts of the machine, and stop immediately when problems are found.

Pet-name ruby workplace should be kept clean and flat, the ground, workbench, machine around without sundry, maintenance tools, spare parts should be placed in the designated location.

Attending work, no one is allowed to play around the machine. It is forbidden to throw printing plates, rags and other sundries from the second floor of the machine.

4. It is forbidden to store snacks and irrelevant personal items in the workshop, and it is forbidden to play cards and gamble during working hours.

5, at the end of the work, to clean the machine in time, scrub clean blankets and cots, do a good job of cleaning, fill in the work log.

6. When you leave the workshop after work, check whether the faucet is tightened, whether all electrical appliances are cut off, and lock the doors and windows of the workshop.

7, regular maintenance and inspection of fire fighting facilities such as fire extinguishers, cooperate with relevant departments to timely repair and update, to ensure normal use at any time.
