Taekwondo pays most attention to etiquette, and it always advocates the martial spirit of "starting with etiquette and ending with etiquette". I had to salute the national flag every time I entered and exited the gym. I didn't understand why before and always thought it was unnecessary. But when the patriotic spirit he preached penetrated into my bones, I have developed the habit of saluting. The unique etiquette of Taekwondo makes us more respectful to each other and makes us love each other in the big family. Practice can be hard sometimes, but we never give in because we are "unyielding". No matter how complicated the poomsae is, no matter how difficult the kicking technique is, we will try our best to learn it. While we learn Taekwondo, we experience the thoughtfulness and care for each other. When the movements are not standard, the coach will guide me carefully one by one. When the muscles and ligaments are strained, the senior brothers and sisters will tell me how to massage it easier.

My changes in the past two years are reflected in my face and eyes. I have become less fragile and more determined. I have learned to be brave, caring, dedicated, and persistent... My friends always joke It would be terrible if a gangster encountered me. I always smiled and said maybe. There are also some people who don't understand my persistence. I don't know what I have been insisting on, but I just can't let go of the relationship with Taekwondo. That kind of unforgettable love is not so easy to give up. A true Taekwondo person should be persistent and never give up no matter what difficulties he encounters. Two to three classes a week, one and a half hours each time. I haven’t calculated how many hours I spent in the past two years, but I always remember that on training nights, even under the stars and moon, even on cold winter nights or hot summers, Accompanied by the starlight, let the night breeze caress your face and let the sweat soak your clothes. I can’t remember how many rainy days I went to the gym to train against the wind and rain. I never missed class for this reason.
