Blackboard, chalk.

1. Use red chalk to write the words "School begins!" in the upper center of the blackboard.

2. Draw two cartoon pictures on both sides of "school starts".

3. Draw a border below the center.

4. Write a text description in the border "New semester, new plan".

5. Write the teacher’s message in the lower right corner.

6. Write a patriotic statement in the lower left corner, add some lace, and a simple blackboard newspaper is completed.
