In view of the dangerous behavior of speeding and its serious harm, this paper analyzes the main reasons from the aspects of design, road signs and speed limit, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. 1. There are many reasons that affect the driver's choice of driving speed, and they are different. The driver's age, gender, driving attitude and knowledge of law enforcement and traffic accidents will all affect the choice of driving speed. Environmental factors such as weather conditions and vehicle characteristics, regional speed adaptability, damage and recent driving conditions will also affect the driver's choice of driving speed. Therefore, it can be summarized as the following reasons: (1) The continuous improvement of road traffic conditions. With the country's continuous attention to highway traffic problems, the investment in highway traffic has increased year by year, and the national highway construction will enter the "fast lane" of development. Highway upgrading not only provides high-quality traffic life for drivers, but also puts forward higher requirements. The slightest negligence of the driver may lead to serious consequences. Therefore, the continuous improvement of traffic conditions not only facilitates traffic, but also becomes the premise of speeding and other illegal acts. Good road conditions have contributed to the illegal psychology of speeding drivers to some extent. (two) the quality and performance of the car have been greatly improved without knowing the safe speed. There are more and more high-end cars, and the design maximum speed of vehicles has far exceeded the design speed of roads. As a vehicle operator, the management of drivers is of great significance to curb speeding. (a) in-depth education and training activities. It mainly includes two aspects: First, safety awareness training. Train motor vehicle drivers in the legal standards of motor vehicle speed, the hazards of speeding and the legal responsibilities of speeding, so as to improve the safety awareness of motor vehicle drivers. Second, the training of motor vehicle drivers' speed judgment ability. The more accurate the driver's judgment of speed, the less likely it is to overspeed.
