1. Cooperation period

3. Obligations and rights of both parties

(1) Obligations of Party A

(9) Arrange campus cultural promotion banners of signed sponsors on campus during the event;

(10) Arrange small consultation or promotional booths on campus during the event (1-2 days);

(11) Distribute leaflets at the event site to promote enterprises and institutions and their products;

(2) Rights of Party A

1. Party A has the right to prepare to carry out activities only after receiving the cash or in-kind sponsorship provided by Party B as listed in the agreement.

(3) Obligations of Party B

5. Disclaimer

1. Both parties shall be responsible for the authenticity and copyright of the promotional information, advertising content, etc. provided by them. Legal disputes arising from issues such as authenticity and copyright shall be borne by the provider of promotional information and advertising content.

2. Both parties will not bear each other’s liability due to force majeure factors.

6. Unfinished matters: resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.

7. Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement

Suspension of Agreement: This Agreement may be suspended by either party when the following circumstances occur
