Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 4 People's governments at all levels shall lead the work of controlling smoking in public places. Chapter 2 Scope and Measures of Prohibiting Smoking

Article 10 Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public places.

Article 11 Smoking is completely prohibited in the outdoor areas of the following public places:

(2) Outdoor teaching areas of colleges and universities;

Article 14 People's governments at all levels may stipulate temporary smoking ban measures and scope for places where public activities are held.

Article 15 No one is allowed to smoke or ask for smoking utensils in places where smoking is prohibited, and must consciously listen to dissuasion; those who smoke in non-smoking places must reasonably avoid non-smokers, and do not flick cigarette ashes or throw cigarette butts.
