Yang Defeng demanded that the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress must conscientiously implement the spirit of the meeting, take the scientific decision-making of the Municipal Party Committee, the government's efforts to promote and the general concern of the masses as the focus of supervision, and make positive contributions to promoting the balanced development of Shouguang's urban and rural areas. First, we must uphold the party's leadership and safeguard the authority of the municipal party Committee.
