Yiyang Municipality Regulations on Promoting Civilized Behavior

chapter I general provisions article 1 in order to cultivate and practice socialist core values, guide and promote civilized behavior and improve the level of social civilization, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the constitution and relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of this municipality. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the promotion of civilized behavior and related work within the administrative area of this Municipality. Article 3 The promotion of civilized behavior adheres to the principle of combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue, and combining advocacy with governance, and builds a working mechanism of unified leadership by party committees, implementation by government organizations, coordinated promotion by society, and participation by the whole people. Fourth city and county (city, district) spiritual civilization construction steering committee is responsible for the overall promotion of civilized behavior within their respective administrative areas.

Chapter II Advocating and Standardizing Article 7 Citizens should practice the socialist core values, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, strengthen the cultivation of social morality, professional ethics, family virtues and personal morality, consciously abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations, rules, citizens' conventions, residents' conventions and village rules and regulations, and safeguard public order and good customs. Article 8 Advocate the following civilized behaviors:

(1) Abide by public etiquette, behave in a civilized manner, dress appropriately and make no noise in public places;

(2) Take public transport to offer seats to the elderly, the sick, the disabled, pregnant, infants and other passengers in need;

(3) Waiting for services to line up in turn, orderly and courteous;

(4) handle weddings, funerals and celebrations in a civilized and thrifty manner;

(5) Land-saving ecological burial;

(6) Reasonable consumption, saving resources, using water-saving, energy-saving and recyclable products, reducing the use of disposable articles, and consciously observing the regulations on the use of plastic products;

(7) Abide by the norms of civilized tourism, respect local customs and cultural traditions, and take good care of cultural relics;

(8) Give priority to walking, cycling or taking public transportation;

(9) Ordering food in moderation, practicing "CD Action", eating separately and using public chopsticks;

(1) Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in public places, and wear a mask when suffering from infectious diseases such as influenza;

(11) Consciously participate in waste reduction, and put domestic waste into different categories according to regulations;

(12) Keep public toilets clean and take good care of public toilet facilities;

(13) other behaviors beneficial to social civilization and progress. Article 9 Encourage and support the following civilized behaviors:

(1) Be courageous, do what you can to participate in emergency rescue and rescue, and stop illegal and criminal acts according to law;

(2) blood donation, donation of hematopoietic stem cells, human organs (tissues) and remains;

(3) Participate in voluntary service activities such as civilized persuasion, ecological environmental protection and social governance;

(4) to participate in public welfare activities such as helping the poor, helping the needy, supporting the elderly, helping the disabled, saving orphans, helping students, providing disaster relief and medical assistance. (7) hanging or placing articles that hinder the appearance of the city outdoors or on public facilities;

(8) Damaging cultural relics and tourist facilities by scratching, smearing or other means;

(9) Smoking in indoor public places and public transportation vehicles and other places where smoking is prohibited;

(1) setting off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of regulations;

(11) burning straw, fallen leaves, garbage and other substances that are prone to smoke pollution in the open air, or barbecuing and burning sacrificial articles in the open air in prohibited areas;

(12) using audio equipment and other equipment causes noise pollution.
