Is digital scenario a path to improve digital literacy?

No. There are four ways to improve digital literacy learning:

1. Build a digital education resource system to facilitate cross-border exchange of digital resources. The creation and sharing of high-quality digital education resources is a key part of the development of digital education.

2. Build a data brain and carry out data-driven evaluation innovation. Digital education relies on digital technology to record student data, learning process data, course data, student learning habits, etc. in the teaching process, comprehensively empowering the monitoring, perception, collection and analysis of dynamic data of teachers and students, and establishing a basic education database.

3. Consolidate teachers’ digital literacy and skills and promote the training of digital teachers. Promote the construction of artificial intelligence teachers, promote new methods of human-machine teaching, implement various teaching activities supported by digital technology, and explore new teaching models and methods supported by technology.

4. Strengthen the multi-dimensional interoperability of digital education and promote multilateral participation and cooperation mechanisms. Plan strategic layout at the national level, clarify measures to develop high-quality, highly inclusive digital education, formulate long-term strategic priorities and action paths, develop relevant digital governance standards, and provide financial, policy and other support.
