The relevant regulations are now clarified As follows:

1. Refusal to visit hospitalized patients during the epidemic. Visits by phone and WeChat are encouraged. Unrelated personnel are strictly prohibited from entering hospital wards, wards and other areas.

2. Companionship Instructions

Strictly follow the doctor’s instructions to accompany patients whose condition requires a companion. The treating doctor must issue medical orders and be responsible for informing the patient and the companion. The companion must follow the requirements. Accept the epidemic-related investigation and confirm that there is no fever, no history of medium and high-risk travel within 14 days, and no history of contact with relevant personnel.

Strictly speaking, "one patient, one companion" can only accompany one person per bed. A nucleic acid test should be done before admission, and body temperature should be measured twice a day as required. If any health problems occur during the companionship, please contact us immediately. Report truthfully to the treating doctor or responsible nurse.

Accompanying personnel must strictly present the companion card and the original ID card that is consistent with the registration information of the companion card to enter and exit the ward.

Strict "three fixed" companionships

The first is fixed personnel: the accompanying person is the legal guardian of the hospitalized patient and must be relatively fixed; the second is fixed time: in principle, the confirmed companion Accompany the patient throughout the hospitalization. When the patient must be replaced under special circumstances, the body temperature, epidemiological history, and nucleic acid test must be normal before replacement; third, the scope of activities is fixed: in principle, the scope of activities of the accompanying person is limited to the hospital, and it is strictly prohibited to visit wards and wards. and lingering in the hallways and gathering to chat.

Strictly implement personal protection measures

Hospitalized patients and accompanying persons must strengthen personal protection and pay attention to hand hygiene as required, wear masks when going out, keep distance when dining, and stagger meals during hospitalization. Must obey the guidance and management of medical staff.

Strictly abide by the ward control system

In order to strictly implement the companionship and visitation management system during the epidemic, each ward of the hospital will strictly implement the access control system and implement 24-hour closed management. An inspection system will be implemented at the entrance of the district. All inpatients and their companions must wear masks and carry their companion cards and original ID cards of their companions when going out of the ward.
