1. Construction progress management and production plan application:

The capital airport expansion project has a fixed construction period of 1,610 days, and the owner requested a construction period of 1,210 days. When bidding, the group company considered increasing competitiveness and after repeated discussions and negotiations, the total construction period was set at 1,085 days. It can be seen that the construction period pressure of this project is very huge. To this end, on the premise of ensuring the overall construction period target and taking into account economic costs, we formulated the construction organization principle of "large parallel, small flow", that is, the project is divided into xxxx construction area and 9xxxx flow section, and each construction area is constructed in parallel. The work of coordinating the work surface was once again placed in front of the Engineering Department, starting from the two wings, coordinating units one by one, then the south corridor, and finally the core area. Each working surface was cleaned in coordination with the civil engineering branch. It was quite difficult to clean such a large number of scaffolding pipes and wooden boards in a short period of time. 3. Labor management work:
