Activity Background

in order to further enrich the campus cultural life, show the spirit and youthful style of college students, and enhance the awareness of low-carbon and environmental protection of contemporary college students, it was decided to hold the first "My Carbon Plan" environmental protection creative works competition of Hexi University after research. Details of the event

The contest consists of three parts: registration, preliminary contest and final contest. The contest is divided into three groups, namely, the product design of turning waste into treasure, the design of environmentally-friendly creative clothing, and the related concept propaganda of energy saving and source saving. The materials of the work must contain waste materials, which embodies the concept of low carbon and environmental protection.

1. Registration:

Note: Students who participate in the contest should write down their design ideas and specific details in the registration form (issued by the association or copied by themselves).

Registration method:

1. Directly register and get the registration form at the registration point, or get the registration form from dormitory 68 of apartment 6 in the south, apartments 218 and 221 in the north and dormitory 518 in apartment 7 in the north;

3. The contestants must be present at the specified time. If they fail to attend the competition on time, they will be treated as waivers. 2. The self-introduction session requires the players to express themselves clearly and fluently, which can reflect the unique style of the group;

3. In the exhibition of works, each group has 5 minutes to show. The group of turning waste into treasure needs to focus on the use value of the works. The group of environmental creative clothing design requires a contestant to explain the theme at the same time, and the propaganda group of energy-saving and source-saving concepts should focus on the explanation, so as to improve the public's awareness of environmental protection.

4. After the preliminary exhibition, the works will enter the stage of exhibition and evaluation. The exhibition will be held in front of the Seven Religions for two days. During the exhibition, all the students can act as public judges and vote for their favorite works, and the voting results will be included in the preliminary results.

III. Finals

1. Finals will be displayed in groups, with the environmental protection creative clothing design group taking the catwalk, with the on-site creative product making (which can be its own unfinished semi-finished products), environmental protection knowledge quiz and questions from the public judges.

2. The environmental protection and creative clothing design group requires a designer to explain the theme at the same time, and the accompaniment required for the catwalk is prepared by each group of contestants.

3. At the end of the activity, the group of turning waste into treasure went to the stage to introduce their works, and promoted them to the guests under the stage to try to sell them.

4. Each group will send a representative to the stage for the final canvassing, and the public judges under the stage can ask questions to the concerned groups at random;
