In accordance with the principle of "taking central Guizhou as the belt, promoting northern Guizhou as the impetus, leaping over the two wings and promoting in coordination", we should give full play to the radiation-driven role of the central Guizhou Economic Zone, speed up the construction of the economic cooperation zone in northern Guizhou, actively promote the sustainable development of the energy-rich areas in Bishuixing (Bijie, Liupanshui and Xingyi), vigorously support the leaping development of ethnic areas in the three states (Qiandongnan, Qiannan and Southwest Guizhou), and build a new pattern of regional coordinated development.

Focus on the development of aerospace and other equipment manufacturing, metal smelting and deep processing, chemical industry, characteristic light industry, tourism and other industries. Promote economic cooperation and poverty alleviation in Wuling mountain area.

-Bishuixing energy resource-rich area. Take Bijie, Liupanshui and Xingyi as node cities, give full play to the advantages of energy and mineral resources, and build an important strategic resource guarantee base in southern China. Focus on the development of coal, electric power, coal, chemical industry, nonferrous metals, automobile and equipment manufacturing, new energy and other industries. Further promote the construction of Bijie experimental area.

-"Three States" and other ethnic areas. Accelerate the leap-forward development of ethnic autonomous areas such as Qiandongnan, Qiannan and Qianxinan. Focus on the development of cultural tourism, phosphorus and coal chemical industry, new building materials, ethnic medicine and agricultural and forestry products processing industry, and create an original ecological ethnic cultural tourist area with international influence.

Vigorously develop modern service industry. Accelerate the construction of logistics corridors in Guizhou and surrounding areas, plan and build Guiyang regional logistics center, Zunyi, Anshun, Bijie, Liupanshui and other logistics node cities, and study and build a number of modern logistics parks such as Huang Tong drugstore.
