This year, they represented First Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. in the reading group that attended the commendation meeting for the advanced reading group of the xx City Federation of Trade Unions. 67% of its members are our female employees.
We tracked and collected the results of female employees’ quality standards for half a year, and conducted assessments against 157 female employees’ self-set goals. The assessment results project has been gradually implemented and completed.
This year, three female comrades achieved their self-set goals and were sent to the party school to study, and were listed as party activists.
In the golden autumn season, the company’s female workers’ committee of the trade union held a unique vocational skills competition. The competition was held at the management and operation levels according to the functional business scope. A total of 21 female employees from labor, finance, and welding took part in the written and practical examinations. The financial and labor systems first kicked off the technical competition. Everyone carefully answered each question based on their usual business skills and relevant laws and regulations. Then the welder competition pushed the event to a climax. The welders completed the welding task of pipe fittings within the specified time according to technical requirements. After the competition, Li Lisa, Liu Boyong, and Gu Jianping won the first place in the labor, finance, and welder competitions respectively. The company manager allocated a certain amount of funds to reward them.
Through this activity, we believe that the activity is just a form, and its fundamental purpose is mainly to improve our working female employees’ business knowledge through activities, and cherish their existing jobs in the era of competition. Position, improve your own quality, love your job and master your business skills carefully, and do your job well. Labor and management personnel reported that they are usually very busy at work and rarely study relevant laws, regulations and related documents systematically. This exam prompted us to really study hard. Through competition, everyone deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge. Female welders rarely weld pipe fittings. Through the comparison, everyone saw the gap.
