The training center of Taiyuan Dongshan Coal and Electricity Group Co., Ltd. is located at No. 288 Madaopo Street, Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City. There are currently 20 teaching staff, including 8 full-time teachers, 10 administrative staff and 2 others. The center has 14 part-time teachers. The institution has a director and deputy director, and consists of teaching and research section, academic affairs section, academic management section, audio-visual education section, comprehensive section, publicity section, finance section and other departments. It also has a skills appraisal station of Taiyuan Coal Industry Bureau. Entrusted by the Taiyuan Coal Industry Bureau, the training center of Taiyuan Dongshan Coal and Electricity Group Co., Ltd. currently undertakes training tasks for Class B safety management personnel, special operations personnel, other employees, team leaders and new workers in all Taiyuan municipal coal mining enterprises.

The center has two three-story teaching buildings with a construction area of ??more than 2,500 square meters. There are three classrooms of 65 square meters; a multi-functional classroom of 120 square meters; and a multimedia audio-visual teaching classroom of more than 80 square meters for theoretical teaching.
