Relevant requirements:

(1) Each expropriated household is required to vacate the house on time and move on its own. If the house is not moved within the specified time limit, the house vacation reward will be deducted;

(2) Each expropriated household is required to pay its water and electricity bills by itself, and submit the water and electricity account cancellation list and housing keys to the county shed reform headquarters. According to the "Compensation Agreement", the county housing reform headquarters will conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the compensated content. Only those who pass the inspection can enjoy the house vacating reward.

(3) Relocation households within the blue line that have signed the "Monetary Compensation Agreement" and have vacated their houses and passed the acceptance inspection should go to the county shed reform headquarters to receive full compensation.

(4) Relocation households that have signed the "Physical Resettlement Compensation Agreement" within the blue line should apply for temporary transitional resettlement housing at the county shed reform headquarters before September 20, 2018.

Article 8 of the "Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-Owned Land" In order to protect national security, promote national economic and social development and other public interests, If there is any need for house expropriation under any of the following circumstances, the municipal or county-level people’s government shall make a decision on house expropriation: (1) National defense and diplomatic needs;

(2) The needs of energy, transportation, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction organized and implemented by the government;

(3) Science and technology, education, culture, health, sports, environment and resource protection, disaster prevention and reduction implemented by the government , cultural relic protection, social welfare, municipal public utilities and other public undertakings;

(4) The needs of the construction of affordable housing projects organized and implemented by the government;

(5) ) The need for the reconstruction of old urban areas in areas with concentrated dilapidated buildings and backward infrastructure organized and implemented by the government in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Urban and Rural Planning Law;

(6) Other public interests stipulated in laws and administrative regulations needs.
