In order to comprehensively strengthen the epidemic prevention and control work, resolutely implement the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee, the State Council and the Party Committee and government of the autonomous region on epidemic prevention and control, reduce the risk of epidemic spread, and curb the spread of the epidemic as soon as possible. According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Emergency Response and the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies, during the epidemic prevention and control, the following decisions are made:

First, all kinds of public gathering activities are prohibited. It is forbidden to hold large-scale public gathering activities such as culture, sports and tourism festivals in the whole region; It is forbidden to organize mass gathering activities such as aerobics, square dance and ball games; It is forbidden for restaurants, farmhouses and other catering industries to hold group dinners (including self-organized group banquets in rural areas); It is forbidden to hold various gatherings or group gatherings spontaneously organized by the masses; It is forbidden to carry out any form of gathering training and other activities.

Two, it is forbidden to carry out centralized exhibition activities. Individuals and merchants are prohibited from holding centralized commodity exhibition activities within the region; It is forbidden to carry out large-scale marketing activities in crowded places; It is forbidden for all large hotels, shopping malls, health care products markets, trading markets and other business places to hold large-scale business activities such as exhibitions and exhibitions.

Third, temporarily close some public places. Science and technology museums, libraries, art galleries, museums, swimming pools, stadiums, theaters, bars, Internet cafes, KTV, dance halls, scenic spots and other public places in the region are temporarily closed, and cultural activities are cancelled. All religious places (including places for folk belief activities) will be suspended from opening to the outside world and similar related activities will be cancelled.

Fourth, strictly abide by rules and discipline. Epidemic prevention and control is related to the life safety of the whole people and the public safety, and the broad masses of people in the whole region should consciously support and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work. The reopening time of temporarily prohibited activities and closed places shall be subject to notice or announcement. During the control period, the public security organs will take measures to deal with those who do not obey the closed control, do not listen to dissuasion, or even make trouble unreasonably. Those who constitute a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
