Application time:

Applicants: young people (including college students) who have graduated from high schools (including technical secondary schools, vocational high schools and technical schools) and above and are between the ages of 18 and 22 (born on June 1 2000-June/2004); 18 or above ordinary full-time college graduates to 24 years old; Young people with junior high school education, aged 18 to 20 years old.

(2) Female soldiers

Application time:

Application in the second half of the year: from July 1 day to August1day 18/day, 2022.

Applicants: fresh graduates from ordinary high schools and full-time fresh graduates and students from ordinary colleges and universities, aged 18 to 22 years old.

Second, the basic conditions for enlistment:

1. Political requirements: Young candidates should love the Communist Party of China (CPC), the socialist motherland and the people's army, abide by laws and regulations, have good moral character, and be determined to fight bravely to resist aggression, defend the motherland and defend the people's peaceful labor.

2. Basic physical conditions:

Weight: men who meet the following conditions and have fasting blood sugar: 17.5≤ body mass index; women: 17 ≤ body mass index = weight (kg)/ height (m) squared.

If the body mass index is ≥28, the blood glycosylated hemoglobin test items should be checked, and the percentage of glycosylated hemoglobin in eyes: the naked eye vision of any eye is less than 4.5, which is unqualified; The naked eye vision of any eye is less than 4.8, which requires corrective vision examination; Any eye whose corrected vision is less than 4.8 or whose corrected degree exceeds 600 degrees is unqualified.

Three. The basic procedures of bidding:

All male soldiers are recruited online, relying on the "National Recruitment Network" (website) to carry out recruitment work.

1, military service registration. Male citizens who have reached the age of 18 should log on to the national recruitment network for military service registration. Fill in the basic information such as personal name, ID number, home address and intention to join the army when registering. Print the Male Citizen military service registration/Application Registration Form, hold this form to the armed forces department of the township (street) where the household registration is located for on-site confirmation (including the armed forces department of enterprises, colleges and universities and conscription workstations), and submit the registration form at the same time.

2. Apply for registration. Those who meet the registration requirements should log in to the National Recruitment Network within the specified registration time to apply for registration and complete the registration. Upon completion, those who meet the basic conditions for enlistment will print the registration form, and full-time college students will print the Registration Form for Pre-Requisitioned Students and the Application Form for Tuition Compensation for College Students with National Student Loan. They will take this form to the armed forces department of the town (street, district) or the armed forces department of the university (conscription workstation) where they apply for the job for on-site confirmation and submission.

3. Preliminary inspection. Town (street) Armed Forces Department shall, jointly with local education, public security, health and other departments, conduct a preliminary examination of the actual performance, body and medical history of school-age youth.

4. Pre-tax management. The town (street) Armed Forces Department selects the pre-conscription objects from the young people who have passed the preliminary examination, and reports them to the Municipal Conscription Office. The Municipal Conscription Office will promptly enter the pre-conscription conclusion into the "National Conscription Network". In conjunction with colleges and universities, the "Registration Form for Pre-registered Students" and the "Application Form for Tuition Compensation" will be sent to the students themselves as proof of priority.

5. Physical examination and political assessment. City Conscription Office confirms the object of investigation on the online platform, and sends a short message to the object of investigation through the system to inform the time and place of medical examination. After the physical examination is completed, the physical examination results of young candidates must be entered into the online platform: the physical examination results are divided into three situations: "qualified", "to be re-examined" and "unqualified", and the reasons for the unqualified are briefly indicated. City Zhaoban confirmed the object of political examination online. After the political assessment is completed, the results of the political assessment of recruits are entered into the online platform, and the political assessment results are divided into "qualified" and "unqualified".

6. Pre-job education and training. According to the Specification for Pre-service Education and Training (Trial) issued by the Municipal People's Armed Forces Department, a 7-day education and training was organized according to the procedures of making implementation plans, selecting activity venues, carrying out backbone training, centralized organization and implementation, and strict selection and elimination.

7. Book new recruits. The Municipal Conscription Office organizes pre-job training for young people who have passed the physical examination and political assessment, and selects the best as scheduled soldiers. At the same time, the scores of the scheduled soldiers are input into the online platform.

8. Approved for enlistment. Young candidates who have passed the physical examination and political examination shall be collectively studied and approved by the municipal conscription office and enjoy preferential policies. College students applying for tuition assistance also need to send the original application form and a copy of the Notice of Enlisting with the official seal of the Municipal Admissions Office to the original college student financial assistance management department. During the recruitment period, young recruits can log on to the online platform to check the progress of individual pre-recruitment, physical examination, political review and scheduled recruits in real time.

Article 3 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): People's Republic of China (PRC) implements a military service system that combines voluntary military service with compulsory military service.

Article 5 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): People in China and citizens of China, regardless of nationality, race, occupation, family background, religious belief and education level, are obliged to perform military service in accordance with the provisions of this Law. Citizens who have serious physical defects or serious disabilities and are not suitable for military service are exempted from military service. Article 16 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): If citizens who have not served in active service after their first visit to military service registration meet the requirements for reserve service, the military service organs of the people's governments of counties, autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts may register them for reserve service as needed.
