3. Increasing revenue and reducing expenditure and controlling costs are not only management issues, but also important responsibilities of human resources. It is often said that the administrative department is a unit that only spends money. Indeed, any work of "selecting people, educating people, employing people and retaining people" cannot be separated from the support of funds. Therefore, we must have a master attitude in our work.
