On June 2, an oil residue tank explosion occurred at PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Branch, resulting in two people missing and two others seriously injured. On June 3, a fire broke out in the production workshop of Baoyuanfeng Poultry Co., Ltd. in Dehui City, Jilin Province, killing 120 people and injuring 70 others. Based on the actual situation of our hospital, all offices and functional departments should immediately organize a comprehensive "wide-net" fire safety inspection, focusing on the outpatient building, emergency building, old floors, and special equipment of the hospital.
