How to solve the problem of context alignment in word when word characters are misaligned

Method one

1. Select the text whose character width needs to be modified, switch to the Start tab, and click the scattered alignment button in the paragraph group.

2. The "Adjust Width" dialog box pops up, and the new text width is set to "4 characters", because the longest string in personal information is 4 characters.

3. You are finished. Now "name" and "personal information" are exactly the same.

Method 2

1. Select the text whose character width needs to be modified, switch to the Start tab, click the drop-down button on the right side of Chinese layout in the paragraph group, and select Adjust Width.

2. The "Adjust Width" dialog box pops up, and the new text width is set to "4 characters".

3. You are finished. Now, all existing words in the document are aligned.
