How to make red-headed documents and electronic official seals with Word

1. Open the word document, select Shape from the Insert menu, and select Ellipse from the drop-down shape.

2. Draw a circle in word. If you can't guarantee that you can draw a circle, you can hold down the shift key and draw a circle directly.

3. Select the circle you drew, and select "Shape Fill" as white and "Shape Outline" as red.

4. After setting the circle, select "WordArt" in the "Insert" menu to set the appropriate artistic font for your seal. Then enter the font in the pop-up text box, and I will directly enter "XX Limited Liability Company".

5. Select WordArt, select "Transform" in "Text Effect", select "Arc Up" in "Follow Path", and then adjust the font and text format with your circle to match the circle.

6. Next, it's time to draw a five-pointed star. On the Insert menu, select Shape, and then select Five-pointed Star in the shape.

7. Draw a five-pointed star in the middle of the circle and change its fill color and outline to red.

8. Insert WordArt, select the same font as before, enter the "administrative seal", adjust the font size and text style, and place it directly below the five-pointed star.

9. This official seal is finished, but your official seal can't be moved. You need to combine them, select all the objects and choose the combination in the page layout, so that your official seal can be moved.
