In view of the increasing number of migrant workers in Beijing, the activity carefully selected sites around the "railway station" and "passenger station", and made efforts to create the characteristic theme of migrant workers and other groups in Beijing. At the activity site, a number of functional areas were set up, such as love post station area, employment information desk, unemployment information desk, career guidance information desk, and labor relations rights protection information desk. At the same time, the live broadcast was carried out simultaneously, and the "Beijing time" client launched "People's Employment" into Fengtai District of the community, allowing job seekers to simultaneously check the situation of enterprises and positions and submit resumes online.

There is also a team of employment service specialists on site to provide services at any time, creating a linkage mode of "on-site recruitment+on-site release+online special session" and weaving a "service network" for stable employment. At the same time, in order to facilitate job seekers to know the results of submitting resumes, carry out follow-up employment services, and ensure that services will not stop after the recruitment, a "job search group" has been set up to provide the whole chain of public employment services of "job registration-employment guidance-job recommendation-tracking effect-continuous service".

More than 40 on-site job fairs were held in the city, covering topics such as "specialization and innovation", enterprises' resumption of work and production, inter-provincial labor cooperation, people with employment difficulties, and rural labor force. Second, the demand for employment in the manufacturing industry has steadily rebounded.

Daxing, Changping and other districts will successively carry out special recruitment activities with manufacturing as the theme, and the whole city will continue to increase the intensity of thematic activities such as "professional innovation", digital economy industry and high-tech manufacturing.

The city is expected to organize nearly 30 online and offline "special labor cooperation" recruitment activities, and enjoy the job supply list based on the labor cooperation alliance, increase the frequency of job information push in labor cooperation areas, and further smooth the docking channels of job information between labor export places and Beijing enterprises.
