Article 3 Discipline inspection and supervision organizations shall strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of the "Eight Provisions" of the Central Committee, "Ten Provisions" of the Provincial Party Committee, "Sixteen Provisions" of the Municipal Party Committee and "Nineteen Provisions" of the District Committee, adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts, acting according to law, paying attention to practical results and combining punishment with prevention, constantly promote the normalization of work style construction and promote the change of work style.

Article 4 The objects of supervision and inspection are Party organs, people's congresses, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, people's organizations, enterprises and institutions and their cadres in party member. The focus of supervision and inspection is the leading cadres of the above-mentioned units.

Fourteenth discipline inspection and supervision organizations should pay attention to studying and implementing the "Eight Provisions" of the Central Committee, "Ten Provisions" of the Provincial Party Committee, "Sixteen Provisions" of the Municipal Party Committee and "Nineteen Provisions" of the District Committee, and establish and improve a long-term mechanism.

Article 15 When carrying out supervision and inspection, the staff of the discipline inspection and supervision organization shall strictly abide by the work discipline, and shall not expand the scope of inspection without authorization, disclose the relevant contents of supervision and inspection, and shall not accept any form of gifts, cash gifts and banquets from the inspected departments, units and their staff.
