1, voluntarily declare

Personnel entering (returning to) Hunan should report at least 1 day in advance through the "Hunan Resident Health Card" applet or the destination registration applet before arriving in Hunan.

2. Isolation of nucleic acids

Personnel entering (returning to) Hunan must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate before entering Hunan. After entering (returning to) Hunan, two inspections will be carried out within three days, that is, 1 landing inspection will be carried out at three stations, traffic health service card points or communities in time after arriving in Hunan, and the second nucleic acid inspection will be carried out on the third day after entering (returning to) Hunan.

1, and put people who entered (returned to) Hunan in middle and high-risk areas in China under centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days; On day 1.2.3.5.7, a key nucleic acid test was conducted respectively. 7-day home isolation medical observation for those who entered (returned to) Hunan in the middle-risk area of China; Nucleic acid detection was performed on day 1.4.7.

2. Persons living in Hunan (returning to Hunan) who have a certain range of community communication within 7 days or have implemented large-scale community control measures in counties and districts will receive 7 days of isolated medical observation.

3, 7 days have the risk of community communication in counties or temporary static management area to (return to) Hunan personnel, the implementation of 3 days of isolated medical observation and 4 days of home health monitoring.

Out of Hunan:

1. Travel scientifically and orderly

Minimize cross-city travel. Don't go to middle and high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts and banners), and don't go to cities where middle and high-risk areas are located and other counties (cities, districts and banners) where there are risks of community communication unless necessary.
