The forestry economic problems involving general enterprise management, marketing, forestry management and policy, forest product market and trade were deeply studied. 1. In the aspect of enterprise management and marketing, the Department of Business Administration was established from 1998, and served as the head of the department, carrying out research work on enterprise management and marketing in an all-round way. Independently completed the professional book "Growth of Operating Enterprises" and edited the "Operation Manual for R&D Managers of Enterprises". During this period, five important enterprise consulting jobs have been completed successively. With the study experience of Tsinghua University Modern Management Seminar (1981-1982) and American MBA (1986-1988) and many years of in-depth practical experience in enterprise management research, I have undertaken the management strategy, marketing and management organization of large and medium-sized enterprises. 2. Forestry Economic Management and Policy In the aspect of "China Forestry Market Economic System Reform", the FAO project "China Forestry Market Reform Research and Future Outlook" was completed; Independently completed the "theoretical research topic on the operation mechanism of forestry economy", systematically studied and analyzed the operation mechanism of China's forestry economy, studied the basic framework of forestry policy and management under the condition of market economy, and comprehensively analyzed several major issues of forestry development. Especially under the condition of market economy, forestry production organization, forestry production incentive system and policy, sustainable development of protected areas, returning farmland to forests and industrialization of forestry ecological environment construction and related policies are studied. Among them, the incentive system and policy of forestry production, the market-oriented operation of returning farmland to forests, the construction of ecological environment, industrial management and related policies were deeply studied. At present, he is in charge of the doctoral research project of the Ministry of Education, "Research on the Cost-Benefit Cycle in Resources and Environment Problems". He presided over and completed the research work of the key project of the State Forestry Administration "Forestry Foreign Policy after China's Entry into WTO". Cooperate to complete the key project of the State Forestry Administration "Study on the Development Strategy of Non-public Forestry". Participated in a lot of research and consultation on the management and policies of the "six major forestry projects" of the State Forestry Administration and local governments, and played a role in the related planning, planning and policy research of synchronous cooperation. In the aspect of "management and policy of ecological environment construction" (mainly during the period of 1995- 1999), the ecological environment construction in Gansu, Ningxia and the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River was studied with experts in soil and water conservation and afforestation. Co-chaired and completed the project of "Western Ecological Environment Development Management and Policy Research" of the State Forestry Administration. In the theoretical research of forest products market and trade, I edited Trade in Forest Products. In the aspect of "nature conservation management" (mainly 1995- 1999). Since 1995, he has participated in the research and business consultation of nature reserves related to the Protection Department of the State Forestry Administration. 1999 to assist relevant leaders and experts to complete the China Wetland Protection Action Plan; At the beginning of 200/KLOC-0, he presided over the research work of Ramsar Convention (SGF) project "Training Needs Assessment of Wetland Protection and Rational Utilization Personnel in China"; Judge of National Nature Reserve of State Forestry Administration, expert of nature reserve planning review. He visited more than 50 national nature reserves, participated in two important international project consulting work, and reviewed the construction plans of more than 70 national nature reserves.
