Change the "way of thinking" and life will change 180 degrees (abstract)

What can we do to make our life better and happier? I use the following equation to illustrate:

Achievement in life and work = way of thinking x enthusiasm x ability

In other words, the result of life and work is multiplied by the above three elements rather than added.

First of all, the so-called ability can also be said to be talent and IQ, mostly innate qualifications, including health and motor nerves; Enthusiasm refers to the degree of enthusiasm and effort, which is an acquired factor and can be controlled by one's own will. Both can range from 0 to 100.

Because it is a multiplication relationship, people who are capable but lack enthusiasm have low scores and poor grades; On the contrary, their ability is relatively weak, but they work hard because they realize their own shortcomings, and they are full of burning enthusiasm in their lives and work. Such people's achievements are far ahead of those of capable lazy people.

The most important of the three elements is "mode of thinking". It can even be said that the "way of thinking" determines the outcome of life. The word "way of thinking" is a bit general. It refers to people's mentality, people's attitude towards life, and also includes the philosophy, ideas and thoughts mentioned above.

Why "thinking mode is the most important, because it is positive and negative, it can be negative, and it can be scored from negative 100 to positive 100.

So, as I said just now, I have strong ability and enthusiasm, but the direction of "thinking mode" is wrong, and "thinking mode" is negative, because the multiplication of the three leads to the corresponding negative value.

Speaking out is not afraid of everyone's jokes. I graduated from college during the difficult period of employment, and was rejected for many inauguration exams because I had no access. Since I can't find a normal job, I might as well be an "intellectual underworld". In this unreasonable society where the law of the jungle prevails, it may be more promising to join the underworld that pays attention to loyalty and human feelings. At that time, I had this distorted mentality and thought about it quite seriously.

If I had really gone that way, I might have become a little famous gangster. However, in such an organization, no matter how tough I am, I can't have a happy life, because the "way of thinking" is distorted and negative.

So what is a positive "way of thinking"? Don't think too complicated about this problem, just use common sense to judge.

Always positive; Constructive; Be grateful; Coordination and good at dealing with people; Cheerful personality, positive attitude towards things; Full of goodwill, sympathy and care; Diligence; Contentment; Not selfish; Not greedy; Wait a minute.

These words seem to be platitudes, slogans posted in primary school classrooms, and simple ethical rules. But these are all truths that can never be ignored. We should not only understand them with our hearts, but also let them occupy our hearts and become our flesh and blood.
